Responsibilities:
- To create and design content for the social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Sponsored Ads).
- To handle all social media platforms and respond to queries of customers.
- To design online and offline marketing collaterals (e.g. brochures, catalogues and social media).
- To contribute actively to the planning and implementation of the brand management strategy.
- To shoot and edit exceptional and creative videos and snapshots.
- To conceptualize and design digital content: social media campaigns, websites, print materials, sales decks, proposals, PDFs, etc.
- To effectively communicate intent and plans graphically.
- To capture compelling stories (such as sketch ideas, story boards, booth flyers, flex) through use of Chroma color theme, CorelDRAW and Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop to impart complex information in simplest manner.
- To develop content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
Required Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelors in Mass Comm./BBA in Media Studies
- Working knowledge of content management systems.

Responsibilities:
- To write quality code that minimizes rework based on the latest tools and techniques.
- To write the database queries to retrieve and manipulate the data.
- To create and perform unit testing and deploy applications and systems.
- To revise, update and debug software code.
- To document throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- To facilitate the software change requests and improve existing software.
- To assist the supervisor in bug removal and error identification.
- To assist the supervisor in developing specifications and creating other process artifacts
- To collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- A university degree in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering or equivalent
- Familiarity with OOP concepts and Python/ Java/ C# Programming Language
- Hands-on practice with composing complex SQL queries and database concepts
- Good command on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Familiarity with front-end development by using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with backend development including API & Web services
- Good knowledge of SDLC and Software Architecture
- Familiarity with MS Visio and MS Project

Responsibilities:
- To write technical proposals and customize each proposal based on the nature of the project.
- To understand customer requirements as well as underlying IT infrastructure applications, systems and processes.
- To develop comprehensive business and operational plans to achieve the set targets.
- To lead the implementation process of all the relevant projects including staff deployment, resource mobilization, quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation and financial management.
- To conduct meetings with potential clients in public and private sector to discuss business proposals.
- To write high-quality, maintainable, reusable code while following the industry standards and practices.
- To test the software products in controlled situations before the product goes live.
- To manage the strategies of the development, staging, testing, and production environment.
- To clarify technical requirements, develop coding estimates, and apply a broad range of design approaches to bring innovative solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

- At least 3 years of work experience in Software Development
- Must have command in Object-Oriented Language preferably in Python/ Java/ C#
- Must have experience in backend & frontend development
- Hands-on experience with SQL for handling complex tasks with RDBMS
- Good knowledge of SDLC and 1 to n-tier Architecture
- Understanding of source code handling, version control, and project management tools
- Strong analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
